Slower first plans for about 30 minutes during peak hours

Our primary model provider was responding slowly between 17:40 and 18:11 UTC. Plans still completed but took up to a minute rather than the usual few seconds. The routing layer failed over to the secondary model at 17:58 and latency returned to normal. No trips were lost.

Adjustments delayed for some long trips

A change to the adjust prompt caused very long, many-day trips to time out on re-flow. Affected a small share of adjustments over a ninety-minute window. New plans continued to work throughout, and long trips now escalate to the frontier model automatically.
