Terms of service
The terms for using Roamly
Last updated August 1, 2026
Acceptance
By creating an account or using Roamly you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms are between you and Roamly Inc., a Delaware C corporation. References to "Roamly", "we", "our", or "us" mean Roamly Inc..
What Roamly is
Roamly is a planning tool. The routes, stops, detours, and notes it produces are suggestions based on the information you provide and the knowledge the underlying model was trained on, which has a cutoff and is not live data.
Hours, road conditions, campground availability, and closures change. You are responsible for confirming anything you rely on before you go, and for making safe and legal travel decisions during your trip.
Roamly Inc. is not responsible for outcomes arising from following a route without confirming it against current conditions, for campground or accommodation unavailability, for road closures, or for any outcome of a trip you plan using Roamly.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, email support@roamly.one immediately.
We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, at our discretion.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in US dollars, either monthly or annually. Annual billing is charged upfront for a full year at the annual rate shown on the pricing page.
You may cancel at any time from Billing in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Access to Roamly continues until that date.
We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel a monthly plan five days into the month, the remaining days are not refunded.
We may change plan prices with 30 days notice. If you are on an annual plan, the new price takes effect at your next annual renewal, not mid-period.
Acceptable use
You may use Roamly for personal and legitimate business travel planning.
You may not: attempt to scrape or reproduce Roamly's output at scale; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the planning model or system prompts; use Roamly to build a competing trip-planning service; or use Roamly in a way that violates applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Roamly product, design system, and underlying software are owned by Roamly Inc. and its licensors.
The route content Roamly produces for you is yours to use for your own travel planning. You may not resell or sublicense it.
You retain ownership of the trip descriptions and preferences you give Roamly.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Roamly is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, Roamly Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event will Roamly Inc. be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to outcomes from trips planned using Roamly.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Roamly is limited to the amount you paid Roamly Inc. in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and by updating the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Roamly after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and, where applicable, the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved in the courts located in Denver, Colorado. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
