Download everything Roamly has stored for your account as a single JSON file: your trips, the routes they produced, your preferences, and your account information.

The export requires you to be signed in so Roamly knows whose data to include. If you are signed in now, the button below will start the download immediately.

What is included

Your account information: name and email address
Every trip you have planned: the description you gave Roamly and the route it built
Your travel style and preferences, if saved
Your plan and billing history

Delete trips and your account

Deletions are immediate and permanent. There is no recovery after confirmation.

Delete a single trip

Open the trip, scroll to the bottom of the trip screen, and choose Delete trip. The trip is removed from your account immediately and will not appear in your history.

Delete your account

Go to Settings, then choose Delete account. This removes your account, all your trips, your travel preferences, and your history from our database. The deletion is permanent.

What deletion removes

Deleting your account removes your account record, every trip you have planned, your travel preferences, and your billing history from our live database. We remove your data from any backup within 30 days of deletion.

Your data is never shared with another Roamly user and is not used to train any model. Deleting it removes it entirely.
